Walking!!!!

Bre has started walking!! She has been trying to figure out the whole walking thing for about a month now. She has been cruising on the furniture for quite some time (since 8 or 9 months), but now she is letting go and walking for several steps. She started yesterday taking two or three, but today she was getting bolder! She will walk quite a distance between two people now. She hasn't quite worked up the courage to go a lot of places without holding on yet, but I'm sure it will be any day now! She gets so excited when she makes it someplace all by herself. I hope to get a video of it soon to post! For now, here are a couple of pics I managed to snap tonight!

Nap time

On Sunday, I took a nap in the afternoon while Max took care of Breanna. Went I went for my nap they were both having so much fun playing together in the living room. After I woke up from my nap, the house was really quite. I figured that Bre had gotten tired and Max was putting her down for a nap. When I came out to the living room, sure enough Bre was taking a nap and so was Max. They looked so cute snuggled up on the couch. I couldn't resist taking these pictures of them. They slept on the couch for over 2 hours! They were obviously worn out from playing so hard! Bre was so excited to have Daddy home all day!

Backpack, backpack....

Breanna loves Dora the Explorer, and now she has her own backpack! I enrolled her in a book club and the backpack came free for signing up. Max thought it was pretty cool and wanted to see what she would do with it on. She wore that backpack for 30 minutes last night. I was so cute! It is going to be her new bag for school!

All dressed up

Here is a picture of Bre last Sunday all dressed up to go to church. Amazingly she left the hat on all day from about 10:30am until 2pm. I couldn't believe it! She looked so cute!
