New dress coat!

It has been super cold here the last couple of days....which means Bre has gotten to wear her winter coats. My best friend Mandy bought Bre the cutest little Pea Coat from Old Navy. I love it! She looks so cute in it. She got to wear it for the first time to church this morning! Her outfit underneath was super cute too, but we've been a little cranky lately, so I was lucky to get the pictures I got this morning.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a great Thanksgiving holiday this year. We decided to stay in town and try to catch up on some much needed relaxation this holiday. Max's family came over to our house and we hosted the meal. It was so nice having all his family here. I missed my family, but we will see them in just a few short weeks at Christmas time! We had tons of food (way more than we could eat!). We sent everyone home with lots of leftovers. Bre had a good time playing with everyone. All-in-all, it was a restful holiday and I'm definitely NOT excited to get back to work!

This is Bre's new outfit that Grandma (my mom) bought her when they came to visit last week. Isn't it adorable! I love it!!!!!

First piano lesson

Bre got her first piano lesson last Monday! We surprised Papa Ceo and Nana Brenda with a visit last Monday, after we had to take Bre to Cook's Children's Hospital for a few tests (don't worry, she's fine, nothing is wrong. She had a bladder infection a few weeks ago and her pediatrician just wanted to check a few things out to make sure everything is fine). Anyway, since we were in Ft. Worth, we decided to drop by and visit. Papa and Nana were so excited to see Bre. We had a great visit and Bre got her first piano lesson from Nana Brenda.

Discovering the kitchen cabinets

Bre discovered that the cabinets in the kitchen open and she is fascinated by them. She loves to open and shut the cabinets and pull things out. Here are some pics my mom and I captured of Bre at work!
