Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! (ok, I know it's a little late, but I mean it all the same!). Anyway, Valentine's was a great day. After I picked Bre up from daycare, we headed home to play with her Valentine's Day present from mommy. I got her crayons and sidewalk chalk. Bre loves to be outside, so we went out and made Max a Valentine's greeting on the sidewalk. I did most of the coloring, but Bre added her own touches here and there. Mostly she just walked around with chalk in both hands, and periodically erased what I had written with her bottom. After Max got home he gave Bre her present, which was two new movies (Veggie Tales and Backyardigans--sp???). After that, Max and I got a chance to go out and spend some quality time together. Those times are so few and far between now! Max's mom came over to watch Bre for the evening and Max and I were off for a night on the town! First we exchanged gifts--we got each other the exact same gift--the movie "Tyler Perry's-Why Did I Get Married?" (We kind of think alike!) After that, we went to Dallas and had a nice dinner at the House of Blues. The food was great and the atmosphere was really nice. After that we went to the movies and watched "Definitely, Maybe." It was a chick flick, but we both really enjoyed it. By the time the movie was over, we were both tired, so we headed home. We aren't the most exciting people anymore!
"World Cutest Valentine!"
