November brought the a trip to my parent's house, the flu, football playoffs, the end of football season, Thanksgiving Break, and the beginning of wrestling season! Another BUSY month!!! Bre and I took a trip to Missouri to see my parents toward the beginning of the month. I needed a break from work and needed to get away from the city for a while. It was a much needed break, that is until I got the flu! I could have done with out that. It was horrible, but I'll spare you the details. Trust me, it wasn't pretty! Luckily, Bre was spared from any major illness, she had a few minor symptoms, but nothing major. Our trip was extended a few days in order for me to recuperate enough to get us back home. The day we came home, was the same day as Max's first playoff game for football. His team finished 4th in their district, which meant a spot in playoffs. We made it home just in time to make it to the game that night. I was an excellent game. They won something like 23-17. I was very proud of my husband, the coaching staff, and the boys that played their hearts out that night! The following week was week two of playoffs. That week Seguin wasn't so lucky. They lost pretty decisively 40 something to 0. It was a pretty sad way to end the season, but I have to say that those guys did great this season considering they were working with a brand new coaching staff. So football ended and Max had a week a two off and then wrestling started up. They had already been practicing and had had some meets, but since he was in football, he wasn't able to be there yet.
Here are some pics from the month of November:

This is Bre coloring at her new desk her Nana found for her.

Teaching her to raise her hand for the teacher!

This is the playground area at DFW airport. It's really neat. Bre loves it!

Sitting with Papa in his ambulance (Papa Pat is a paramedic).

Exploring the big "BUS" (what Bre called the ambulance).

"YEAH Daddy! GO COUGARS!"

Bre's new thing is coloring and EVERYONE has to get down on the floor and color with her!
